For a long time I have been looking for a name for our B&B and  I gave the name MARGARITA  ! 

 Because I have one small plant in the front yard… Left over marguerites from the previous occupant .

 And I plant this plant and now have dozens of them and also transplanted it to the garden at the B&B.

 For a long time I thought about this and was amazed. It didn’t dawn on me. 

Because the name sounds so Italian and natural. And its the name for the pizza..  

 A marguerite in the garden is cozy…. 

 And certainly ,  it is my first name given by my parents and the church.  

Now we are 3 seasons in the further, the marguerites, bloomed so exuberantly .  

My question about why was in my mind , but I have learned in my life course, never ask for the why because there is not a why ! 

It must be the case that something happens or comes your way , it has a reason .  

So dear people , there is never a why. 

 I have been through a lot in my life and have weathered many storms. 

I know I shouldn’t ask myself why i am now in slovenia, because it has a reason. 

 I came here with a purpose ! 

Of course my friend and I had a goal together. A goal to live more freely, less stress and pressure from our life pattern and work situation. Iworked in the healtcare and it was a job with a lot of pressur  

Turning life around so that we would have more time for fun things to do, things that saw in front of us. Expanding hobbies so that we could also do something for other people with more pleasure.  We saw opportunities in this house, and we thought we saw opportunities for tourism. 

A B&B, we didn’t think of that. Until we lived here and I saw the image in front of me > Yes the old cow stable of the previous resident was an excellent place to start a B&B.  

We have transformed this place into a beautiful, warm and tidal B&B   

 With ideas from me, we rebuilt this together and I wanted to dress this up with a lot of warmth and personality of my own.  Ik I started painting on the wall, and made a beautiful creation of the natural window here in the mountains which is named after OTLICA. ( Otlica is our village where we live 🙂  and the natural window  “OTLISKO OKNO ” 

And now 4 years later, weathering many storms, what do I really come here to do, for myself where I could put all my passion and skills all year round.  

Creative artwork  , where I can set all my thoughts to zero . Concerned with colors and nature  

  I need the peace, being one with nature, for myself this is important in the troubled times. And the art is an outlet for me, to give my mind the peace and maintain the balance.   

But the garden in which I put all my passion, passed on by my father and the times , was my place that remained .  

In the garden and the nature i come close to my soul ! 

Every year, every season I am there or in nature, in the mountains and valleys. 

 Surrounded by many scents and colors, by musings about the past, flowers with memories, the wind that often carried my thoughts again, sometimes to annoyance but the overtone continued to sing in my head. Yes, this is where I put my greatest passion because nature keeps calling me to come, to sing and to pray.  

 My heart becomes happy  

My greatest passion lies in health care, in nature and in the garden. 

 These characteristics from my life, passion for health care, nature  life and with memory and future my smell and colors  come together into a whole into my soul . 

 I know, this must be so.. 

 The B&B was given to me to open my heart, to further explore what the name, given by the church means to me and where my passion lies.   

 Where my search is going , follow my story …
